We deliver to every address across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Shipping Details
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business hours during working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Coverage
FYNDORS currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, though delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days for these locations.
Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. You can also track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page.
Packaging
All FYNDORS products are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. Items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, using recyclable materials wherever possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for you" card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office. Parcels are held for 18 days before being returned to us.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

At present, FYNDORS ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are actively exploring international delivery options and will announce any updates on our website and via email to subscribers.
No. All UK orders qualify for free standard and next day delivery regardless of order value.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fyndors.com with your order number and new address.
Royal Mail will attempt delivery and leave a card if you are not available. You can then arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from your local sorting office at a time that suits you.
Standard and next day deliveries are Monday–Saturday. Our Saturday Delivery option guarantees delivery on the next Saturday for orders placed before Friday 12pm.
