How Returns Work

Email us at info@fyndors.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation.
Pack Your Item
Place the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Seal the parcel securely for transit.
Ship It Back
Post the parcel using the prepaid return label we provide. Drop it at any Royal Mail collection point. Keep your proof of postage.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
We understand that sometimes you need to try a product. If you have opened the product but used less than 20% of the contents, we can offer a partial refund of 50%. Products that are more than 20% used are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your returned item, it takes 1–2 business days to inspect and process. The refund will then appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
No. FYNDORS covers the cost of return shipping for all UK orders. We will provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label via email once your return is authorised.
Yes. If you would like to exchange your item for a different quantity or variant, simply mention this when you contact us. We will arrange the exchange and ship the replacement as soon as your return is received.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, with no need to return the damaged item.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window and we are unable to locate the parcel, we will either reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
